With nearly two decades of experience as a real estate agent, team leader and expert in lead conversion, Dale is a renowned figure in the industry. Born in the Midwest and currently residing in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Dale partnered to build the second-ranked team in his area and led the Top 5 KW Mega team to several years of success. In 2016 Dale leveraged his passion for sales training and management to form Smart Sales Coaching and created its flagship course, Conversion University. Smart Sales Coaching is now an industry standard for lead conversion training, leveraged by top teams across North America as well as respected industry tools such as Real Geeks, Follow Up Boss, RedX and YLOPO.
