As the founder of Best Choice Realty, Rachelle has grown the company to over 500 brokers across nine offices, consistently ranking among Washington’s top brokerages. Her expertise spans lead generation, negotiation, social media strategy, and business development—delivering real-world solutions that help agents succeed in today’s competitive market.
Her journey is one of resilience and innovation. After losing her hearing in 2016 and navigating personal challenges, Rachelle turned setbacks into opportunities, becoming an influential voice in the industry. She serves on MLS task forces, women’s leadership groups, and the Board of the NW Independent Brokers Association, all while leading Best Choice Coaching under the Umbrella Learning School.
